Omeara were after a feature rich real estate website which provided users with an abundance of useful information while browsing for property listings. However, they didn’t want the property page to be too busy so we devised a solution (through javascipt tabs) to hide this information and allow the user to decide what information they would like to see.

We also integrated our new favorites and stamp duty calculator into this WordPress website providing the user with an enhanced experience.

We spent considerable time designing their sites making sure the overall franchise solution best promotes their vibrant and thriving brand. All of the latest wordpress technology has been used and Great Ocean Road Real Estate also opted to use the new Mohbe – mobile phone real estate technology.

They wanted to keep their current website but have it hosted through Agentpoint and use our real estate listing software Agentlog to display listings on their website and also 3rd party real estate portals.

Our designer was able to create a website which was exactly the same as the client’s previous website but which is powered by WordPress and a number of plugins we have built.

The brief was simple, take the site to the next user experience level. The site also features our advertising plugin so Devine can engage local businesses to advertisie on their popular website.

The website also has a range of other features including Google Maps, Stock Lists and a large sold and leased database.

Because of the wealth of information provided by RWM over the years, we think it is important to share this information – even to the casual visitor. We worked with the team from RWM to identify all of the key information areas and combined this into a home page, which is now more of a jump station to various sections of the site.

We also realised the importance of the people at RWM, you can have the greatest technology, the best systems on the planet, but it still comes down to your people. Including items such as latest news, most popular news, people, weekly feature properties, recent sales and latest releases gives the site more of a newspaper look and feel.
